of 4-year-old have used a smart phone or video ipod. the american academy of pediatrics released new guidelines that say children under 2 should have little to no screen time. >> there are some possibilities for educational tools learned on these screens and that is pretty cool. we do not know what the risks are yet. >> tablets are different from tvs because kids can't interact with them. don't take the place of unplugged playtime. >> i know you are worried about the candy could have some scary results on the scale. experts say your diet can stay intact if you wait until the last minute to buy candy.
