injuries. please have made an arrest in the grip of a 14-year-old girl. by the man in custody was already being monitored by the ots. >> the police will not comment. investigators have arrested 22- year-old lucky crosby jr. he is charged with rape, sex offenses, false imprisonment, and handgun violation. he and four people are accused of a brutal assault. the girl reported the attack october 23. according to a document, the van was on a lot to the rear of the 1500 block of leslie street. the girl was in an unfamiliar area and lost. she met a male who offered her a ride. he said he had a gun. when she entered the van, she observed two other males and two more got in. the court document indicates the victim was brutally assaulted.

the attack happened behind crosby's home. his bail was denied. crosby had just been released from prison in september. he was on probation and was wearing a gps ankle bracelet at the time of the attack to monitor his movement. the department of public safety confirms he was under the supervision of parole and probation. a spokesman says he was compliant and had no violations. according to the department of public safety, he was placed on the monitoring device. it is a passive gps system. baltimore city police asked parole to check and see where he had been. reporting from east baltimore. word that more than fit the maryland organizations will receive state funding to fight violence against women.
