monitored by authorities. he was out of probation and wearing a gps monitoring device. police will not comment just yet as their investigation continues into what happened inside a van parked behind these houses in west baltimore. investigators arrested 22-year- old lucky christopher crosby jr. he is charged with rape and other sex offenses, false imprisonment, and handgun violations. he and four other suspects are accused of a brutal assault. the victim -- a 14-year-old girl. she reported the attack october 23. according to a court charging document, a van similar to this one was on a lot to the rear of the 1500 block of leslie street. the teenager told investigators she was in an unfamiliar area and was lost. she met an unknown black male who offered her a ride. the man also said he had a gun. when she entered the van, she observed two other males who were already inside, then two more men got in the vehicle. the court document indicates

the victim was brutally assaulted and suffered serious injuries and that the attack happened behind crosby's home. 11 news has learned that crosby was just released from prison in september after serving a five-year sentence for armed robbery and a handgun violation. he was on probation and was wearing a gps ankle bracelet at the time of the attack to monitor his movements. a spokesman for parole and probation says crosby was compliant and had no violations. crosby remains in jail. he was denied bail yesterday. police are still searching for those other suspects. reporting live, kim dacey, wbal-tv 11 news. >> the government is stepping into up maryland's domestic violence prevention program. governor o'malley presented the award to more than 50 local agencies. the funding will go to law enforcement and victims service

the mayor was not inside the suv at the time. a carryout is once again the scene of a deadly shooting. this is on 29th and greenmount. shots were fired. this was the same business where a security guard was shot and killed last year. no word on the identity of the victim. >> an update to some breaking news. owners of the mt. washington tavern said they will rebuild after a fire. it took firefighters caught short hours to get that fire under control. it was almost a funeral like atmosphere when people came by to view the scene on newbury street. investigators have not yet determined what caused the fire. >> he has been leading in the polls but today he is in the middle of a controversy.

herman cain is denying allegations of sexual harassment. kate amara joins us live with more on that. good morning. >> herman cain says he is being falsely accused and said this is all part of a witch hunt. >> i have never sexually harassed anybody in my life. >> republican presidential candidate herman cain denying allegations of sexual harassment during his tenure at the national restaurant association in the 1990's. as the questions continued, cain's memories conflicted. >> but here's the one incident that i recall as the day has gone on. >> according to a report in politico, the trade group paid at least two female employees to settle the accusations against cain. >> the charge was filed. they did investigate. it was found to be baseless. and yes, there was some sort of settlement or termination, and i don't even know what the contents of that was. >> it is unclear exactly how the cain campaign will be impacted at this point. >> analysts say the allegations
