case after 52-year-old freddy jones, jr. was gunned down last night in the 2100 block of green mountain avenue. it is has of some cities lawmakers and residents calling out and calling for that to carry out to be closed. a familiar scene as baltimore city police officers investigate a murder in front of the yow brothers carryout. police say 52-year-old freddy jones, jr. was shot in a robbery. he would die at the hospital. three suspects were seen leaving the scene. the carry out is no stranger to violent crime. back in august of 2010, 72-year- old charles bowman was killed in a similar way. his attackers getting away with less than $20 in cash.

problems between liberty road and a security boulevard. there is at least three or four small accidents which is causing a huge backup of the interlude. >> a security scare on the campus of towson university. somebody reported seeing a person on campus with a gun. it turns out the person was a student on his way to class with a prop gun. classis have remained on schedule. several students were exposed to gas fumes at the baltimore freedom academy on east lumbar street. school officials tell us a student actually -- accidently dropped a container of formaldehyde. everyone else was allowed back inside after a cleanup. >> police are still looking for four men who they say attacked a

14-year-old girl and a west baltimore and raped her. >> christopher crosby, jr. is charged with rape and other sex offenses. he is one of the five men involved in the attack on october 23 along the 1500 block of leslie street. he was just released after serving a five-year sentence for armed robbery and a handgun violation. jane miller ? a closer look at the gps system that helps link crosby to the crime. >> we are continuing to monitor the search for the man on your screen right now. police say he raped a 13-year- old girl in east baltimore this month. the victim was grabbed and forced into a victim -- a vacant home where she was insulted. if you know anything about the crime, you are asked to call crime stoppers. 866-7-lockup.

the sentencing of walter best -- walter bishop, jr. takes an interesting turn tonight. his father takes the stand it tonight. he spoke -- was spoke spokebarry smims from bel-air. >> not only did walter bishop, senior take the stand, but we also heard from his son. walter bishop, jr. stood before the family of his victim. he expressed sorrow and regret saying, i know you will never be able to forgive me. he relives the murder every day. it haunts me in my sleep. it haunts me what i am a week. he apologized to the jury for having to make such a life altering decision. they heard from bishop's brand and the father. >> nervous. real nervous. i just wanted to take him by his hand and lead him out of there

and i know i could not. it is rough. >> walter bishop, senior spoke of his on regrets. a recent phone conversation he had with his son. walter bishop, jr. told his father about being afraid of getting the death penalty. he said, i am scared. i said, i know. >> the same injury devout him guilty then determined he was eligible for a death sentence is also deciding what punishment to give him. in a videotaped confession -- confession, he said he shotray porter ain the head. bishop claimed that the victim's wife had stated that he was abusing her. he considered taking $9,000 to pay child support that. >> i want and closed my eyes. i just pulled the trigger. >> during closing arguments, the

eight assault at the occupy wall street. it was reported to them on monday morning, but it happened on october 28. a woman was robbed of $1,800 and it thinks she may have been sexually assaulted. she was staying at the square where the demonstrations were taking place. when questioned about the incident, the reports are concerning. the mayor says she is concerned some protesters who have been staying in the area and be discouraging people from reporting crimes to authorities. >> while we are patient, we are also mindful of the fact that a space is to be enjoyed by all. >> the mayor says she has been talking to herself about allegations. she is mostly concerned about public safety.

what becomes a fund raising giant. billions of dollars were raised across the country. what's a lot of money. it do you know how your money gets spent. jane miller has more on that story. >> no matter of where you have gone, you were bound to see a pink. nothing else attract the attention, certainly not the money. some estimates say people will donate $6 billion in the game of the breast cancer cause. this nondescript rancher is home to the walker cancer research institute. it is dedicated to finding a treatment for cancer, including breast cancer. its federal tax returns show that a big part that they focus on his fund-raising. more than $6 million spent by the organization for fund- raising. that is more than the resources,
