with french police, who are taking no chances. but the real action is at the g20 summit. >> the most important aspect of our task over the next two days is to solve the financial crisis in europe. >> there have been further developments with the weak economic crisis. the finance minister says he does not support the idea of a referendum. the greek prime minister announced monday he would hold a national vote on whether or not the country should accept the latest bailout package being offered by the european union, worth about $170 billion. it would mean very many bell- tightening measures, job cuts for the government, and salary cuts. this crisis has pretty much overshadowed the g20 summit as people in europe wait to see what happens next. there is a lot of concern that if this unravels, greece would be the first of many countries to go down. adrian long, abc news, on the border with monaco. >> added under review is expected to be released into the

deadly shooting outside a downtown night club. mayor stephanie rawlings blake, commissioned an independent panel for the incident and recommended changes to policies and procedures to prevent a similar occurrence in the future. jayne miller will have the latest coming up tonight on "11 news at 5:00 and 6:00." please help security visible -- -- the footage shows 52-year-old freddie jones involved in some kind of argument with the suspects inside the yao brothers carry out monday night. the tape stops just before jones is shot and killed. investors believe the three people showed the video are in their late teens or early 20's. if you have any information on the suspects, contact police immediately. a jury convicted brittany norwood men's day of first- degree miller -- first-degree murder of a co-worker.

nor would faces life in prison without the possibility of parole. ellicott city barber is held on $500,000 bond for this after he was charged with sexually abusing a 13-year-old boy. police say 54 year-old jung gon kim made inappropriate comments to is victim before abusing him in september. kim was an employee of scissors sound hair salon on plum tree drive at the time of the incident. police are urging any other possible victims to come forward. also new, an escaped inmate is back behind bars. police acted on a tip and found 20-year-old deronte lee simms, now charged with second- degree escape. his bail is set at $150,000 bond.

in the involuntary manslaughter case about -- against dr. conrad murray. dr. murray told the judge he would not take the stand in his own defense. but dozens of witnesses testified during the high- profile celebrity trial, including three of his current and former girlfriends, some of his former patients, medical experts. there was an audiotape of an incoherent-sounding michael jackson played in open court. >> they will see my show. >> testimony wrapped up with dr. paul white, the defense's star witness, saying that michael jackson caused his own death by swallowing pills and injecting himself with propofol. but the prosecutor forced white to drop a bombshell. >> so conrad murray drew up the

>> a british man is behind bars for faking his own death after a six-year manhunt. according to a statement by the british government, hugo sanchez convinced his wife to tell his employers he died overseas so his family could collect his life insurance to pay off their large debt. it was not until police found his fingerprints on his own death certificate that anyone was suspicious. authorities say they found him and australia on wednesday. >> he is doing well. he has indicated he is submitting to the extradition process, and certainly he wants to get on with his life. clearly at this stage he is making -- he is concerned with his children. >> he and his wife could serve

parton, 53. westminster, 55. the sun is doing its job today. high-temperature typically this time of year is around 60 degrees and we are in the neighborhood at this stage of the game. all the green shaded areas, the relatively mild temperatures right now, close to normal for the season. we have inland areas of new england that higher elevation that have chillier temperatures in the 40's right now. behind that weather system, spinning off illinois and missouri, the temperatures are quite a bit cooler with temperatures in the 30's and 40's right now. here is the satellite image. a few thin clouds overhead. to the west, clouds get heavier. here is that storm. low pressure to the south of st. louis, and the qualifying factor here is the high-pressure giving us good weather right now. the low cannot move into the high. the theory is all the computer models want to push this to the south. this is a bubble sitting over
