treated for hypothermia. iran tomahawk 40 5:00 p.m. this afternoon, two-- around 12:45 p.m., this afternoon, this occured. looking for two suspects in a deadly robbery turned murder. at this hour, the man who says they pulled the trigger is in custody. facing first-degree murder charges for the killing of freddie jones, jr. he is one of three people you see in this surveillance video. the footage shows the victim getting into some kind of argument and confrontation as this happened. it stopped before the shooting happens. authorities are now praising them for turning over the video and who turned the gunman in the

"the victim and immediately called 911. the real police arrived and found the man committing a second crime on baker street. >> they were dressed in all black fatigues with a gold badges around their neck. >> they looked like a police officer? >> correct. >> the men are being charged and there are looking at whether or not they committed a series of home invasions in the baltimore carried out by suspects dressed as cops. the men face charges of police impersonation and armed robbery. one suspect was previously charged with impersonating a

police officer in 2008. he was not prosecuted. live from the newsroom, jayne miller, wbal-tv 11 news. >> the harford county teenager may have been taking part of a gang initiation when he invaded a home and shot the man inside. he is facing attempted homicide charges ever broken to a home through a dog door. this happened around 1:00 a.m. on october 20th. he shot him in the chest, demanded car keys, and drove off. investigators had been tipped off that he may be affiliated with a gang. he is now behind bars in york county. but the man accused of killing a teenager is back in maryland tonight. larry horton fled to alabama after the death of brian jackson. he is accused of killing jackson and dumping his body. he is being held in baltimore

county detention center without bail. his wife is still in alabama and will be returned later, arrested on a probation violation. >> tonight, investors are trying to figure out what sparked a deadly fire in the northwest baltimore. they were battling a blaze on elmer avenue when they found a body inside the garage. we are told flames started in the broad and nearly spread. -- in the garage and spread. this happened just before 8:00 in baldwin. investigators say he arrived on scene with his son inside. his son was pronounced dead shortly afterwards. but it took around 50 firefighters from hartford and baltimore two hours to get the blaze down. the building did not have a working smoke alarm.

the state commission has already given the green light to increase the maryland gas tax. senate president mike miller told a group of business leaders that he supports the increase. he also predicted that a bill would pass in the 2012 legislative session. one calls for a 5 cent gas tax over the next three years. >> one of the biggest risks your kid bases is being involved in a car accident, but the relatively new graduated driver's license that suspends driver's license privileges gradually can significantly reduce the number of fatal crashes. speaking of teenagers, the american academy of pediatrics recommends all teenagers 16 and up take an hiv test. many doctors are already recommending their teenage patients be tested. it can prevent infected teams

debating the case of dr. conrad murray. stephanie stanton has the very latest from los angeles. >> the jury has been behind closed doors all morning in the deliberation room. they are contemplating one count of involuntary manslaughter against dr. conrad murray. we will know soon whether or not it will be a quick decision. >> friday at 4:00 p.m. is the bewitching hour. if they go into next week, that means the jury is struggling coming toward verdict. >> they're considering hundreds of pieces of evidence and 22 days of testimony including three of dr. murray's current and former girlfriends, former patients, jackson security guards, and medical experts. a chilling audio tape was played in open court. >> my hero. i just want to say [inaudible]

development will comment on the hundreds of thousands of dollars owed to a number of vendors. >> who would dream that the powers that be in the baltimore city would allow something like this to happen? >> these are all the bills that they have not paid. this is the one and only bill that they have. >> they were responsible for pavement markings, concrete barriers, traffic control for the grand prix, putting in more than 1900 hours plus overtime. despite sending certified letters to mayor stephanie rawlings blake, council president jack young, and baltimore racing development

commission has not been paid. it is enough money that it could sink her business. >> we are in a tremendous financial bind because of this. i would hate to see this company go down because of this. >> she is not alone. the maryland stadium authority was owed almost $500,000 by baltimore racing development and had to get that money from an escrow account set up before the race. according to documents, there are several other companies that filed lawsuits against the baltimore racing development for hundreds of thousands of dollars. on the flip side, according to an economic impact study, the race generated $47 million, far short of the expected $70 million and two dollars -- $2 million went to the city and

state. 41% of those attending were from out of state. amazingly, no one involved in the race wanted to touch the issue of non paid vendors. the only response we could get was from the mayor's office in an e-mail that showed very little care saying, "it is easy to see a scenario where this events economic value will eventually overcome any short- term financial challenges." eventually, our calls were not even returned from the baltimore racing development or councilmen's offices. she's a she is in the process of obtaining a lawyer and says in her words that she feels that the future merck of the baltimore grand prix is now in peril. my downtown tonight, lowell melser, wbal-tv 11 news. >> a change of heart by the principle of perry hall high

school means that the soccer team will not have to forfeit the rest of their season. the principal ended the team's season prematurely after receiving complaints complaining of the players taunting them by doing "the bernie dance." three men are under arrest and charged with armed robbery as assisting police officers. they are responsible for two street robberies on tuesday in which they posed as police officers. officers seized bullet proof vests and several weapons. -- they are now is debating whether or not there were involved in a series of home invasions. police have arrested a teenager in connection with a deadly halloween shooting in front of this chinese food carryout. he was taken into custody thursday night. police are looking for two other people. freddie jones, jr., which shot

cornfield injuring six people. it burst into flames after crashing into a field and the single engine helicopter was flying to indianapolis from fort wayne when it encountered heavy rain. they crashed on that side before landing, but get this -- all six people escaped before it caught on fire. the deputies who shot many of the animals in ohio last month are describing the incident of terror. reports released today show when they got to the scene, lions and bears were charging toward them, forcing them to shoot and kill the animals. they say they had little time to react which is why they were forced to kill 48 animals including an endangered. tighter. the owner through back the cages before committing suicide on his farm in rural ohio. on one family's morning after the beloved dog was killed.

>> the storm is scooting just to our south this morning in moving away from the mid-atlantic. things are looking good for the weekend and not so nice of a picture right now on the outer banks. cloudy and went down that way, but the storm will leave them alone as well. almost the entire mid-atlantic northeast should have a beautiful november weekend. the clouds that went through last night with that storm to our south kept the numbers from falling too low this morning. we have not seen the low for the day yet. we will go past 46 before we get to midnight. 52 is the lows so far, but then it did warm up a little. no. wins behind that departing storm kept the wind in check and where we are holding steady. low to mid 50's with cooler air in the higher elevations. wind out of the north and it will turn out cold.
