video. and police have not identified the victim found in a business park over the weekend. the victim was found near araisa road and park circle drive in hanover. right now, no word on how the man died, but police have not ruled out foul play. >> officials say fire at an apartment complex was an accident. the friday night fire forced 15 adults and two children out of their homes. tonight, firefighters will canvass the area, giving safety information to remain in private -- remaining residents. damage was estimated at $1 million. no reports of injuries. >> and the state has a message for grand prix organizers, pay your debt by the end of the year or say goodbye to your contract with the city. the state claims they owe nearly $1 million in amusement taxes and $1 million in fees.

the city wants the races to continue, but the current organizers may have to sell to investors to allow it to succeed. and a jury deliberating the federal corruption case against state senator ulysses carey had a question regarding the very first criminal charge. that senator faces counts of conspiracy, extortion and bribery in his consulting agreement with the shoppers warehouse. >> the jury had a question about conspiracy timeline. the jury asked, "if we believe a conspiracy was not in effect in december of 2002, or even january 2003, but might have started as late as two years later, can we find the defendant guilty on any of the counts? the judge answered back yes.

referring to case law, judge benett told the jury that the conspiracy charge does not have to be a date certain. it can be reasonably near a window of time in the alleged indictment. the indictment alleges that the conspiracy began sometime between 2002 and may have 2008. this is the timeframe that senator use cs curry entered into an agreement with the grocer. senator kerry has denied any wrongdoing. he faces nine counts of bribery and extortion and making false statements to the fbi. former shoppers executive william wright retired in february of 2006 and kevin small but the operation in june of 2007. -- left the operation in june of
