high school where the polls are expected to open in less than two hours. >> the most publicized election is the one for a baltimore city mayor. voters will be casting ballots for comptroller. how many people will show up at the polls? turnout in september was a all time low, 22%. there are far more registered democrats than republicans, a lot of attention was focused on the democratic primary. the mayor cannot on top but she is not running unopposed. alfred griffin will also be on the ballot. he shared the experience he brings to the table. >> i am not a career politician.

shooting death of freddie jones jr. one man is in custody. jones family turned him over to police after recognizing him on surveillance video. 15 years in prison for the woman charged in the death of the johns hopkins researcher. a jury convicted levelva merritt and john wagner last summer. levelva merritt was convicted on it robbery charge. detectives say wagner confessed to the crime. >> erode block in the fight to put graphic warnings on cigarette packs. >> occupy wall street protesters are bracing themselves for the cold.

state. he was last seen on sunday morning after his mother reportedly left her in hiser car. she says when they return, the boy was gone. the search has been focused around the mother's home. when it was three months old, his parents left him in a vehicle and a target parking lot. >> pennsylvania investigators encourage anyone to come forward if they know of any charges against jerry sandusky. one incident happened that penn state and was witnessed by graduate students. authorities were never notified. >> a judge blocked a proposal to mandate graphic images on cigarette packs.

the cigarette makers ardor the requirement violates the free speech and then in. they are suing the government. the requirement has been blocked and that could take years. >> occupy wall street protesters prepare for a harsh winter. this video was shot during last month's snowstorms. the new tents are as big as a tiny cottages. organizers say seven tents are going up and another 20 are being ordered. they cost about $24,000 and are being paid for by donations. >> 90 minutes late for schools in queen anne's county because of fog. 40 degrees on tv hill.

cases of counterfeiting totaling about a million parts. they will hold a hearing on this today. bankamerica had a settlement with a judge. this affects customers with debit cards overdrafts. some customers will get some money back. it will be about 45 cents for every dollar they were charged in overdraft. market features are a little bit higher. we did turn higher yesterday as the european central bank predicted the european debt crisis will be under control in two years. microsoft unveiling a new smart phone that has the same amount of storage as the old iphone 4 and retails for about $50. no stopping at apple fans.

trafficking in child porn. about 670 videos were reportedly found on its computers. -- beforer your love's yeardley love's medical records have been released. she died in an off-campus apartment in charlottesville last year. the jury sent a note to the judge during deliberations asking if the defendant could be found guilty of conspiracy if it did not take place within the last time line. deliberations will resume in the ulysses currie trial later this morning. >> the jury deliberated for less

than nine hours to decide dr. conrad murray's fate. >> we the jury find the defendant, conrad murray, guilty of the crime of involuntary manslaughter. >> dr. conrad murray showed no emotion as the verdict was read. but outside, the reaction from jackson fans was unmistakable. >> i feel that he deserves justice. >> they got the verdict they were hoping for. the jury spent eight hours deliberating, contemplating testimony from 49 witnesses and hundreds of pieces of evidence. they agreed conrad murray should be held responsible for a michael jackson's death.
