national restaurant association in the 1990's when cain was ceo. >> she's unhappy that her name has come out, but she realized in today's day of instant communications, it's very difficult to stay private. >> so far four women, including sharon bialek, claim they were victims of unwanted sexual advances by cain. >> my first response in my mind and reaction was, i don't even know who this woman is. >> women have a right to be free of sexual harassment, and that is why sharon is standing up to fight back. >> while cain has repeatedly tried to put the matter to rest, analysts say the allegations will no doubt loom over tonight's republican debate. >> if herman cain stands there in the debate wednesday night and says nothing of it, it feels like there will be an outrageous elephant in the room. >> according to cnbc, the debate should focus on the economy. it should be lively.

points after a gas main break. >> crews have been working for months on this bridge project at locust point. crews worked to restore service and they had to shut down fort evident to foot traffic. this is a big inconvenience for folks who live and work in the area. they have figured out how to reroute a portion of the main. for the 900 customers on the east side, it will be a long and tedious process, possibly several days because officials have access to every home and building twice. >> once to turn the gas off. we make the repairs to the main. then we go back in and we make sure it is safe to reintroduce gas into that individual building and we turn the gas back on. >> officials say if you smell

i think we stumped a lot of you with our last clue. i'm inside a food truck. we're getting ready for the day. this is a new food trucks that opened last new year's eve. tom is the co-owner of this. >> we have had a lot of experience. the technical aspect of starting the truck and the generator and getting the gas going on the truck and we begin preparing air food. we have about 20 different items because we're set up like a restaurant. it is getting ready in the restaurant, the same thing on this food trucked. everything is made here fresh every day on the truck. we have to chop are fresh vegetables and prepare our meat

60's on sunday. 6:15. >> we have an accident on the harrisburg expressway, a possible crash southbound 83 as you make your approach to timonium road. problem free on the north side. eastern boulevard in essex, we have an accident. another at german hill road. there are some closures because of gas main repair at locust point. this is traffic and we start at old court road. this is a backup developing on the northwest corner in the outer loop. this is the j.f.x. and coming towards us is southbound traffic. the pri's most ride -- a pretty smooth ride all the way into town.

this afternoon. things will change as we head into the beginning of the weekend. now to the news desk. >> residents of locust point are open to get the gas turned on today. >> a ruptured main cut off service for some 1000 customers three days ago. jennifer franciotti has the latest on the restoration efforts. >> the residents are hoping that the good weather will prepares go faster. repairs will start today but progress could be slow. >> you could actually see the gas coming out of the ground. the pipe was laying there. it was a 12-inch main. and it was just an awful smell. >> bill has lived in the 1200 block of fort avenue and locust point since 1979, and he has never seen anything like this before. construction crews working on the long-term csx bridge project hit a 12-inch gas main around 10:30 monday morning, knocking out gas to about 1000 customers. >> the operator of the machine that busted it, when it broke,

he saw the dirt fly up in the air and it actually scared him. he knew that something was wrong and just backed away from it. >> on tuesday, crews from b.g.e. and several out-of-state gas companies worked to restore service, shutting down fort avenue to foot traffic, which had originally been able to pass during the bridge construction. that is bad news for business owners like bill hughes. >> killed me for the whole day. now they're telling me today that it might come back on. hopefully it comes back on today, and if not, hopefully tomorrow morning. what can we do? >> at this point, b.g.e. officials say they have figured out how to reroute a portion of the line to restore service to about 100 customers on the west side of the project. however, for the other 900 customers over on the east side, it will be a long and tedious process, possibly several days, because officials have to access each home and building twice. >> once to turn the gas off. we make the repairs to the main. then we go back in and we make sure it is safe to reintroduce gas into that individual building and we turn the gas back on. >> for residents on the west

detectives have arrested a man for strangling his grandmother. police say demond tyler strangled shirley tyler early saturday morning. police arrested tyler and and charged him with first-degree murder and assault. >> a death in a senior living facility that has been attributed to legionnaires' disease. officials say there does not appear to be any of the cases among the residents. a task force is recommending maryland increase a tax to help clean up the chesapeake bay. a month byto $7 $5.50 2015. the governor's office has yet to
