indicted in the notorious robocall case. >> julius henson is charged with trying to suppress the african-american vote. kim dacey joins us with details on some big names expected to take the witness stand. >> consultant julius henson goes on trial first. we do have an idea of how he will defend himself. by the time the calls went out, there were too late to do anything anyway. julius henson was paid more than $100,000 in the 2010 election season. he is accused of teaming up with paul schurick to come up with the strategy to keep black voters at home last september. the robocalls that went out to voters were asked state prosecutors said, part of that effort in violation of state election law.
