end of the week. a big change in temperatures. >> good morning. not the nicest start on the roads. the roads are little wet. this is the latest accident in the city -- moravia road and belair road. in overturned vehicle. we'll update you in terms of closures. carrollton avenue in shut down at lafayette because of police department activity. we have some problems in the rose tilt the city. a disabled vehicle. a truck fire blocking philadelphia wrote. take pulaski highway desert alternate. so far so good in terms of delays. 11 minutes to travel south on i- 95 from the beltway down towards 32. you can see 895 running smoothly at moravia road to and from the harbor tunnel. no problems at the area bridges.

governor martin o'malley is taking a massive delegation to india. representatives from 43 businesses will accompany the governor and his wife. this is the first ever by a sitting maryland governor. they leave november 28th. >> police have reportedly track down a suspect in last night's deadly shootings in west baltimore. shots were fired at 11:00 p.m. last night on north carrollton avenue. the victim was pronounced dead at the scene. police have reportedly surrounded a suspect in the area. the search for answers continues after the discovery of a body in northwest baltimore. someone spotted the remains on tuesday morning on park heights avenue. no word on the man's identity. >> dramatic video as a

storage lot is raided. an suv is seen careening as gunfire was exchanged. >> i was scared. i heard some kind of sound or a loud sound, i thought something happened. i was really scared. >> the driver nearly hit his customers, who are outside eating crabs at the time. seven people were charged after the raid. >> clashes between police and occupy protesters continue across the country. things have been peaceful and baltimore until karl rove came to town. jennifer franciotti has more. >> karl rove was speaking on the

campus of johns hopkins university last night when the speech was interrupted by several occupy baltimore members. we have video of that. some of the protesters started speaking out. several had to be forcibly removed. 15 people were asked to leave. it was overall peaceful. in seattle, it was a much more chaotic scene. a show of force from police as protesters blocked traffic. four protesters were arrested. it has been relatively subdued in baltimore. the size of the crowd varies in baltimore from day to day. the score still resembles a 10 campground. overnight camping is prohibited.

demonstrators have applied for a permit. >> i hope we have a two-way street of communication, which we do not currently have. i would like to see us working together, to do what we're both here supposedly to do, which is to improve our community. >> the big talk yesterday among the occupy baltimore protest was what happened did new york where the mayor has ordered the park to be cleared and clean, declaring it a public safety hazard. that continues to be the talk in baltimore. >> thank you. an apparent conflict of interest has thrown the robocall trial off-track. the judge recused himself. he offered to take themselves off the case since he was recently appointed by governor martin o'malley. >> it is pretty clear. the judge has the discretion to

determine whether he has a conflict. that is a call only for the judge. it is subjective. >> julius henson is accused of creating robocalls. a man accused of burning down a tire store is a free man this morning. jason hicks pleaded guilty on tuesday but was sentenced to 10 years and 100 hours of community service. prosecutors said he started the fire at belvedere tires. the store owner said he did not want hicks to go to jail. >> everything old is new again for the look of the baltimore orioles. they are using the cartoon bird logo. they are also bring about the orange jerseys for each of the

upstream from us. there is some heavy rain south of cincinnati. you might hear a rumble of thunder. there could be heavy rain and maybe some thunder and lightning. after the system passes, there will be a rush of cool air behind it. temperatures in the 20's across the northwest. in a catch-up to the precipitation early sunday morning -- early thursday morning and we might get a mix of light rain and snow. we don't expect any accumulation. for today, a nice and mild. up around 62 with off and on rain showers. some fog to start the day. rain is likely tonight. temperatures drop back to the low 40's. a chance for light rain or snow early on thursday.

divorce, including their passwords to their social media accounts. the husband discovered suspicious facebook postings on his wife's page and decided to end the marriage. all the messages were downloaded as evidence. the judge decided both parties will have to exchange their passwords on facebook and eharmony. >> another bank is dropping a feet following customer our rage. chase is doing away with a test front of a checking account to charge customers a fixed $10 monthly fee. chase announced it would end a plan that would charge $3 for debit card usage. a laceration hazard on vases

protesters. several people were escorted by campus security. nobody was arrested. that is different from similar occupy movements across the country. four people were arrested in seattle. protesters are making plans for the long haul. occupy wall street protesters can use the lower manhattan park. they just can't camp out there. the mayor ordered the park be cleared and cleaned after, he says, camping protestors turned it into a health and safety hazard. and take a look at the chaotic scene at the occupy protest in seattle yesterday, where members were pepper-sprayed in a clash with police. the show of force came as protesters marched down the middle of a downtown street blocking traffic. four demonstrators were arrested. but in baltimore, a much different scene tuesday evening. occupy baltimore protestors lined up for their evening meal 43 days after the demonstrators first moved in to mckeldin square. >> we're watching it closely. >> throughout the day,

discussions among occupiers have focused on the events unfolding in new york city. >> we do not feel the exact same thing would happen here. i do believe that the city of baltimore is trying to handle the situation much differently, and we do hope that's the case. >> the example has already been set from other actions that have happened, that when they clamp down on the movement, prevent people from speaking freely, the movement just grows, and i expect the same from this. >> protesters brought in solar panels after the city cut power to the square two weeks ago. organizers tell us about plans to bring in bicycled-power electricity in the future. the city's stance has been that the square is not intended to be used as a campground, and that overnight camping is prohibited. demonstrators say they have applied for a permit that they hope will allow them to continue their 24-hour-a-day occupation. >> i hope we have a two-way street of communication, which we do not currently have. i would like to see us working together, to do what we're both here supposedly to do, which is to improve our community.

immigration law. we know baltimore is better than that. >> the executive order would ban the use of city police to enforce federal immigration law. >> he was a tough guy on the field, qadry ismail showed a softer side. he posed wasn't free friends -- he posed with some furry friends. similar campaigns have been shot with adam jones. >> that was the big super bowl ring that was blinding. a local doctor has a story to tell but he survived. donna hamilton spoke to him and his wife and she has a preview. >> after open-heart surgery, dr. jerry marty and his wife, angela, walked every day at the

sarah caldwell checking on your morning commute. tracking some accidents. the roads are a little wet and there is some patchy fog. there is a single vehicle accident. another at lakeside boulevard pyrrhic down to 20 miles per hour along the west side outer loop down towards edmondson and creating a bit of it back up on southbound 795. so far so good on the j.f.x. we have closures at lafayette avenue. philadelphia road, a closure at joppa road. a downed tree in place. southbound 95 backing up out of white marsh. if you travel in bel air, a possible accident along told the road near bel air south parkway. we'll check on that. this is 97 at 100, moving pretty well.
