that agents were there to arrest a group of man planning to have a home invasion and robbery. david collins is live with more details. >> documents provided by the u.s. attorney's office provides new details on how an atf agent got hurt and what prompted an exchange of gunfire on monday. according to a criminal complaint, a confidential source told him that a disgruntled drug courier wanted to hire him to obtain 8-12 kilos of cocaine. it belonged to a mexican drug cartel. he said he could handle the job. he said this is what we do. an undercover agent met with mason and five others to go over details of the robbery. the group plan to tie everyone up in a house and among conscious. it would split the proceeds equally. they asked if everyone was street, nobody backed out. agents moved in.
