a large part of the nation had freezing temperatures around the mid-atlantic. it was cold. 26 degrees in charlotte, north carolina. 30 degrees in atlanta, georgia. it was called off to the north and west. seasons are definitely changing. normal at 56 degrees. we started this work week on monday with highs in the upper 70's. near record highs that finishes out the week 10 degrees colder than normal. skies are clear and winds will be calm. by early tomorrow morning it will be another cold one in the mid-atlantic. but for temperatures to steadily fall. we are almost refreezing in frederick. it is called on the boardwalk in ocean city. they're just 33 degrees.

a sign of slightly milder air that will get here for the weekend but not before we get another call by. clear tonight and cold winds, 25 suburbs. center of high pressure to the south. over the course of 24 hours, this high pressure will drift off of the coast. we will get a little part of that here as to go through the weekend. temperatures climbing into law friday and sunday. as snow is falling, it will stay on the warm side of that approaching front through the weekend that means a sunny skies tomorrow and temperatures back in the 50's. it does look like the wet weather stays west of the mountains and through the grievance game. it is later sunday night into monday when it lenders into the middle of next week. it should be a beautiful saturday.
