we did a price analysis with a website called decide.com, which crunches a lot of historical price data and we looked at tvs, cameras and laptops, to see are the best deals on black friday or does it pay to wait and for top rated electronics like that? it definitely pays to wait. the best deals are not now. >> but we keep hearing that a lot of retailers don't want to keep a lot of stock because they don't want to get stuck and so i mean could you run the risk of them running out of stuff if you wait? >> they're not running out of stuff, trust me, al. >> really? >> yes, they're not running out of stuff. they've been saying that the last couple years but our price analysis shows if you don't buy now, you might get a better deal later. >> all of these people waiting in line and everything could just stay at home and digest your turkey? >> go online and shop there. if you're going to be in the stores, use your apps. use the internet to check deals out. >> there's a thing going on, shop local, shop small business

ruin your skin whether you go to bed with your makeup on or wake up to a morning cup of joe, some daily habits could be causing fine lines and wrinkles and worse. dr. deborah wattenberg, a new york city dermatologist, good morning. >> good morning. >> let's start with the first one, being smoking. 20% of americans are still smoking these days. know it's bad for your health but also not great for the skin. how? >> smoking ages your skin much more quickly than it would if you weren't smoking, one of the worst things you could do. nicotine and other chemicals cause destruction of elass tin and collagen, and can destroy blood vessels so your skin doesn't get a good flow of oxygen so your skin looks dull and sallow and the issues of your skin yellowing from cigarettes and cause those pucker lines around the mouth and increased crow's feet. >> brown spots, discolorations. >> so smoking is probably the worst thing you can possibly do for your body, including your skin, and it makes you look

older. >> same can be said for alcohol, caffeine and junk food, they can all contribute to bad skin. what are the effects? >> alcohol and caffeine, anything that has a lot of caffeine in it dehydrates your skin, act like a diuretic and prevent you from holding on to water to your skin looks sort of pruned like. it can get dry and look washed out. junk food contains a lot of preservatives and that will do the same thing, high salt content destroys your skin as well. you want to eat a healthy diet. if you are drinking a lot of caffeine or drinking alcohol, hydrate a lot. that will make a huge difference. you need approximately six to eight glasses of water per day, but if you're drinking caffeine, drinking a lot of coffee and alcohol you want to increase that so that the balance is better. >> okay, and next, breakouts, they can affect teenagers to up to adults and your skin always has that bad reaction. what's the best way when it comes to dealing with acne? >> the worst things you can do when you have acne is try to

scrub away your acne. people try to do that all the time, come in with irritated faces as a result of scrubbing and overwashing. acne is not really caused by dirt. it's most likely not a result of cleanliness but rather a result of hormones and so you want to use products that are going to affect the acne, like salycilic acid and you don't want to pick and squeeze, it causes scarring, pigmentation and make it worse because you can drive the bacteria deeper into the skin and create infections. >> hard to resist. also use topical treatments to treat if you have unsightly pimples. >> get over-the-counter products available in drugstores and see a dermatologist if those aren't working for you. >> lack of sleep can stress out your skin as well. >> when you don't sleep stress causes the release of the hormone cortisol, makes your skin oily, causes acne which makes your skin look less

>> it's a very hearty dish and adds sweetness to the brussel sprouts. we'll cook it for six, seven minutes so it comes out caramelized. this is a pinch of all spice. always want a little surprise in there. people go what is that? >> we have other great sides as well. >> side dishes, i love side dishes at thanksgiving, my favorite part. so these are the brussel sprouts and we garnish them with the leaves, celery and apple puree. >> yum. >> this is spaghetti squash, roast it and scrape it out. cranberries and walnuts, red cabbage, and sweet potato puree with fresh vanilla. >> sounds amazing. i'm getting in on that one. >> we're missing the turkey. >> here is the turkey. >> savannah has been waiting all day for that. >> sorry, i owe you a couple
