conaway and blogger adam meister. >> he is coming out of his house and he's yelling at me and i'm yelling at him. claimstems from meister's that conaway and his daughter don't live in their home. it likely cost her her seat this year. the 35-year-old meister says he was jogging by the home when he in countered frank conaway. >> i saw the guy walking down his path. he is leaving his house at 10:30. he is clerk of the courts and he is leaving at 10:30 wearing a suit on monday morning. i thought, this is odd. >> conaway says that mr. went on to threaten his family. >> he made reference to that she had sued him and he was going to get her. those are pretty heavy threats.

>> we are yelling back and forth, and he's getting closer and closer. he lunges at me, like an old man lunge. of course he doesn't hit me. look at me, i am in great shape. >> not likely. i have great aim. >> it caught the attention of two police officers on their way to a call. they are investigating the possibility that conaway pulled out a gun. >> i am not saying if i had one are not. >> you did not pull one out? >> oh, absolutely not. >> meister says he turned his back to conaway and ran away from the fight. he never saw 800 police are checking those -- he never saw a kind. police are checking people who saw the fight.

conaway says he will do whatever it takes to protect his home. the city fire department is investigating complaints that paramedics refused to treat a blind man until he left his service job behind. on november 11, a car struck curtis graham and his dog as they crossed west coldspring lane. when paramedics arrived at the scene, curtis says they gave him an impossible demand and. >> told that i was a blind person, i told them i have a service dog. i said i could not go anywhere without my service dog. he is on the pavement. they told me that they could not take my service dog. >> they gave you a an ultimatum? leave your service dog or they will not treat you? >> they said i would have to leave my dog. i told them i was not going without my dog. >> after enactment, curtis was taken to moscow -- after a

scene, curtis was taken to hospital but not before calling someone to take the dog. curtis says he would like an apology and better trained for first responders. police in montgomery county are combing through surveillance footage try to identify more than 50 people who swarmed and then picked apart a silver spring 7-11. this was the scene saturday night after the massive throng of teenagers overran the store, blocking the counter while others took what they wanted and left. officers tracked down six suspects and not far from the scene and are reviewing the video to identify others. for the fourth time in less than two weeks, someone has wrought a baltimore county goodwill store. the latest happened friday night at west padonia road, whern a masked gunmen took money from the register and the state. it is the second time the store was robbed in a week. and the fourth time the good will has been brought since november 11. investigators say there are

>> authorities are still trying to figure out what caused an explosion at an ohio jet engine plant. general electric aviation officials confirmed to the blast at the cincinnati plant sparked a fire yesterday afternoon. the flames were put out quickly,

and there were no injuries reported texas officials are looking for the pilot of an airplane filled with marijuana found at an airport. the twin engine airplane skidded off or runway at the houston- airport monday evening after the nose gear collapsed. officials were not sure how many people were on board the plane, since it was abandoned when it they drive. they found several bottles of marijuana on it. the airplane was not scheduled to make the landing at the airport and the pilot did not make contact with the control tower. with household budgets getting tighter and free prices going up, there are ways you can save on a thanksgiving meal. >> rain continues as a cold front had our way. a drop in temperatures is in the forecast. still with areas of drizzle and fog. 54 of the inner harbor.

>> being too skinny could be an indicator of alzheimer's. this is according to researchers at the university of kansas school of medicine. they studied more than 500 adults that had varying degrees of memory problems, ranging from no issues to alzheimer's disease. among people with no major member problems, those with the lowest body mass index were the most likely to have the signs of early alzheimer's disease. experts say this proves that alzheimer's-related brain changes are related to metabolic changes as well, but more studies are needed to understand the connection. in this afternoon's "consumer
