>> new allegations tonight of child sexual abuse by former penn state assistant football coach jerry sandusky, and one is coming from a member of its own family. this is video of him being arrested earlier this month. his attorney confirms one of two allegations is coming from a member of his family. the relationship is not being revealed to protect the identity of the child. these are the first allegations of children currently under the age of 18. sandusky is facing four counts of child abuse against young boys, all of those victims are now young adults. >> authorities are investigating a shooting of a one of its own officers. city police responded to a call about a person armed with knives. when they're right, a man armed with two knives went after the -- when they arrived, in an armed with two knives when after the officer and he shot him.

he is in hospital. and stripped of his power tonight months after being charged with assault. kohl weston has been suspended with pay after an internal investigation. he is accused of accosting a driver of a commercial sedan as the customer was being dropped off near his home. the driver's head west and accused him of selling drugs, swat team, and stuck a gun in his case. -- the driver said weston accused him of selling drugs, slapped him, and stuck a gun in his face. >> stephen blackwell will likely spend the next 20 years behind bars. police say this is linked to a year of violence in baltimore that culminated in a shootout in 2009 at a barbecue that left a dozen people injured. blackwell was supposed to start trial next week and was facing a maximum sentence of life in prison. the court will have to approve his plea deal, which is the 20- year sentence.

>> interstate 83 proved to be a dangerous stretch of road this morning, three accidents by 10:00 a.m. and one of them said eight people to the hospital. all lanes are back open this hour. when skyteam 11 arrived on the scene, one lane was shot down to traffic as crews worked to clean up the mess. a car was traveling south on when it crossed the median and struck another vehicle heading north. no word on what caused the car to crash the median, or the condition of those hurt. meanwhile, recovering after an accident involving a school bus, car, and a truck. it happened last night. the bus was carrying five adults and 28 students from a high school. it was following a girls basketball game in virginia. 15 students and an adult were transported to the hospital suffering from non-life threatening injuries. the driver of the truck was treated for minor injuries and

month. city officials did not approve their october permit. the city stated they would allow two people to stay overnight in the plaza. the permit seeks permission for four large tents and 30 smaller tents. it also seeks electricity. meanwhile, we're getting our first look at how much the occupied movement is costing you, the taxpayer. an associated press survey shows local taxpayers nationwide have dished out $13 million since it began. the numbers reflect cost incurred through november 15. that was the day protesters were evicted from the new york city encampment. if heaviest financial burden has fallen upon law enforcement agencies. the steepest costs were in new york city and oakland, california.
