holiday. it is hard for rescue crews to reach the crash site. officials did not expect to find any survivors. >> a woman in massachusetts got an early thanksgiving wake up when a car crashed into her home. the driver lost control of the car and crashed into the home. the owner of the house was on the second floor of the time and suffered minor injuries after falling down the stairs lot going to investigate the noise. the driver was taken to a local hospital. >> 5:12. a wallaby is still in thanksgiving. >> your trip to the mall could soon be tracked for data. how that would help businesses. this is old court road, the west side of the beltway looking very good in both loops.

it is about the relationship. for those who care for your children come at a holiday bonus may be some extra time off. we're taking a closer look at some new technology that tracks people as they are shopping. it uses your cell phone signal to recall your shopping strategies. some shoppers wonder if this is an invasion of privacy. >> the holiday rush is under way. this year is a little different. all the have to do is look at the directories and you'll see signs warning shoppers that they are being tracked through their cell phone. >> what does anybody care if i go to jcpenney? >> marketing managers want to know where shoppers like to go. that is why at this mall is one of two in the nation that are testing out this tracking system.

bullish on the metal. so far gold is up 19% this year. at&t has withdrawn their application for its $39 billion megamerger with t-mobile. they ask fellow commissioners to send a proposal to a hearing. it looks like the merger may not happen after all. not everybody is in the holiday spirit. some people are protesting these big deals. occupied wall street protesters have their target on holiday shopping. they say over consumption has gotten us into this mess. small business saturday is tomorrow. 89 million people say they plan to shop small to keep local businesses thriving. some people could get a $25 credit if they shop at the local business.
