friends and family gathered to remember those killed in last night's car accident and they are sharing their grief with us. clutch the vigil lasted nearly three hours. it was very emotional. jeffrey was just an incredible kid. he was a young man who literally changed the world. >> it was a bittersweet moment for the appearance of jeffrey giles who lost his life in a tragic car accident. they were surrounded by 100 family and friends who held a candlelight vigil at the high school the 19 year-old graduated from over the summer. >> he had a harder that was so big. >> the police say a driver, dale

audet crossed and hit a tree. he is in critical condition and shock trauma. jeffrey and jonathan deckman died at the scene. >> we believe the two deceased people were not wearing seat belts and that could have contributed to their deaths. >> when we got out to the hospital, that is when they told us that they could not do anything for him and it they had to begin work on somebody else. >> has loved ones willis to glide into the sky in remember took jeffrey, the family once the young man behind the wheel to know when they forgive him. >> i know they are already talking about pressing charges, but we have no interest in that. that young man is going to pay in his mind for the rest of his

life. >> we do not want anything to happen to him. >> we cannot deal with that. >> a funeral services are pending. in the meantime, police are still a bus to getting because of the accident. >> baltimore city police are investigating a double shooting that happened this morning in churls village. a 36-year-old woman was driving when she and her passenger were shot by an unknown gunman. the man was shot in the arm. police say it is too early to tell if the gunman was on foot or another car. the preliminary investigation shows that the victims were targeted. >> i -- currently detectives are offscouring for any potential witnesses in the area. also looking over surveillances

video to see if a portion of the incident was captured on tape. >> police say the victim. are not life-threatening. the hartford county sheriff's officers and inmates charged with holding up six different stores across hartford, baltimore, and cecil counties have been found dead in his detention center. he was from unresponsive thursday night by a correctional officer of labor team tour. he was housed a loan for medical reasons. officials say there were no signs of foul play. a judge has released a maryland man in connection with the death of a traveling companion. the judge says gary giodarno must be freed on tuesday without any conditions. prosecutors have than appeal the decision. he has been in jail since august 5 while investigators look into the death of robyn gardner.

accused of throwing fire bombs during a protest. he arrived at philadelphia international airport earlier this afternoon. he and two other students had been arrested on the roof of the university building near tahrir square. officials accused them of throwing firebombs at forces fighting with forces.
