police are responding. taking up part of a lane on northbound 95 at route 24. so far the major roads elsewhere are cooperating. no delays or incidents. we will keep you posted. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. >> police are looking for who vandalized a middle river neighborhood with a graffiti. kim dacey has details. >> police think the vandals struck overnight from saturday night into sunday morning on holly grove road in middle river. residents say it is usually a nice neighborhood and they have had no problems. they found a swastika and other messages spray-painted on cars and fences. they spent a lot of sunday trying to undo the damage.

rain. >> 1 accident on 95 in harford county and has been cleared. good news to report. we are looking at a disabled tractor-trailer on the southbound side. it does not appear to be impacting traffic in harford county. this is the beltway at old court road. you can see it is picking up in volume. normal delays will be falling into place as you make your way from old court road down to edmondson. still running smoothly. no delays on the harrisburg expressway or the j.f.x. the rest of the major roads leading up to the beltway in good shape. a disabled tractor-trailer it should be out of there on southbound 95 at route 24. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11.
