virginia banks and then graduated to catonsville over the weekend. >> detectives believe stephanie lynn schwaab may be using her looks to manipulate potential victims. police say she preys on people sympathy. they add that the onetime gang member is armed and dangerous. as 5 foot 3, stephanie lynn schwaab does not cut an imposing figure, which is how she talked her way into a good samaritans car on thanksgiving, according to police. >> she asked for a ride, and the victim was nice enough to drive her down to the shoppers food store parking lot. and they reached the location, the suspect this blade and night and ordered the victim to keep driving. >> she was last seen running from the area eastbound on route 40 toward baltimore city. >> the next day, police found

an acura in the parking lot. police said the 26-year-old posed as a college student who needed a ride to a gas station, then forced the owner of the car out at knifepoint. >> she looks very wholesome looking. she looks like a nice girl, to be honest. you would never suspect. >> ann thompson got a look at -- got a look at her. police say she built up years of street savvy as a member of a gang. they believe she may be hiding out in a hotel, waiting for a chance to commandeered a car at of town. >> we are told that a woman who was wounded in that catonsville carjacking was treated and released from st. agnes hospital.

there is a $2,000 crimestoppers reward attached to this case. kerry cavanaugh, wbal-tv 11 news. >> baltimore police have made an arrest in the kidnapping and rape of of 13-year-old girl. investigators say dna evidence linked alvin wright to the crime. the victim had been walking on caroline street when pulled her into an abandoned -- >> she was my best friend, now she doesn't come outside anymore. >> police said they matched evidence collected after the tax year after the attack with eight database. of marijuana bust in mount vernon. detectives were serving an arrest warrant on cathedral street when they discovered evidence of a drug distribution.

after securing a search warrant, the officers recovered 9 pounds of marijuana and thousands of dollars in cash. investigators said the marijuana has a street value of $25,000. baltimore city of authorities are investigating new cases of police impersonations. we are told crimes are happening between 10:00 p.m. and 2:00 in the morning in the patterson park area. police say the pope -- the suspects are not wearing police gear, but they tell victims they are with the police department. if you have any invasion or if you have been a victim, you are urged to call 911. several people are recovering after an accident involving a school bus. skyteam 11 was over the scene around 4:00 this afternoon on west patapsco avenue. the bus and four other vehicles were involved. police say two people were rushed -- were rushed to shock trauma. there is no word on what caused the accident.

a baltimore woman's total is nursing some wounds after being attacked by two pitbull. kai reed has been following this story. >> the woman says the dogs were not wearing leashes or collars and they were roaming the neighborhood and attended. now she wants the dogs and their owners to face some serious consequences. some of the images in this story are graphic. this 3-year-old poodle is a bandage, sore, and recovering from an attack that almost killed him. >> i personally in my life have never witnessed anything so horrible. >> on november 18, but joey and pulled up to her part -- pulled up to a park area and let the dog out. >> these two and pitbull are on him and rigging flesh. >> a neighbor heard her screams and tried to help. >> she would not let go.

i grabbed him by the tail and started pulling and shaking it. >> we were throwing bricks at these dogs and hitting them on the head with pieces of wood. we could not get the dogs off. >> eventually they backed off, but the pool was in bad shape. >> he had dozens of puncture wounds all over his body and underwent five hours of surgery. that compared the wound on its front left leg to a shark bite. >> he said the dogs had to be trained fighting dogs. a second dog and its owner were also attacked by the same dogs that day. the pit bulls have been removed from the owners custod no one came to the door at the owner's home, which is just down the street from joanne. she filed an official complaint against the dogs and their owners. >> we think that these dogs need to be put down. what if a toddler had been out

failing to file tax returns. he did not file quarterly business payroll returns for six years. he had an all-out -- office in annapolis and a tavern in glen burnie. opening statements are set for tomorrow in a trial of a former aide to bob ehrlich. it is connected to the robocalls made during the 2010 election. paul schurick is accused of using the robocalls to keep african-american voters from the polls. the former governor and congressman elijah cummings may be called to testify in this case. schurick pose a lawyer wants to make ridiculous to gloat -- wants to know more -- schurick's lawyer wants to know more. >> how would they know that mr. henson's calls are going to roll, to be able to respond so quickly? >> political consultant julius

fired after an alleged third victim came forward accusing him of sexual abuse. he had been an assistant coach for 35 years. he had already been placed on administrative leave following allegations from two stepbrothers. the head coach called the allegations disturbing and deeply troubling, in marked contrast to previous statements supporting fine. the brothers claimed they were sexually abused by fine within 20 years ago. >> honestly, i don't even remember if i thought that was what was supposed to happen. i know i did not want it to happen. >> just to back days after the fbi search fine's on for more than six hours, espn aerophone call reportedly by the victim in seems toe's wife acknowledge the abuse.

we could be talking real arctic winter weather this time of year, but not this year. with all this warm air in place, we had not so many record highs. it is an unseasonably mild, no doubt about that. even late this evening, temperatures are way above normal out west. in the '50s in garrett and allegheny county. low to mid 60's in baltimore and down into southern maryland. it is going to be a mild warning -- a mild morning. even the morning will be warmer than a typical afternoon high this time of year. rainshowers chances will be increasing as we head through the day. you can see that pocket of warm air lock and over the mid atlantic. there is a lot of chilly air to the south. 41 in atlanta now, but 55 in

boston. things are really turned upside down. that cool air to the south of us will be moving into the mid atlantic and the temperatures will be cooling off period a pocket of cold air is changing at the rain to an unusual november snow around memphis, northern mississippi, and parts of arkansas getting in on some wintry weather right now. we will mainly get into some rain. the cold air on the southwest side of the storm will move in and temperatures will get back a little closer to normal. snow coming up for the ohio and tennessee valleys into the mountains of north carolina. we pick up the band of heavy rain tomorrow afternoon. the snow will stick around in the mountains into wednesday afternoon. we will work our way into december on thursday with mostly clear skies, but it will be a lot cooler than it has been. a chance for some heavy rain around midday. a small craft advisory on the bay. western maryland will get some
