still wet. western maryland is right out. what they are watching in allegheny county is the rain and snow banks coming out of west virginia. it will probably get some in order conditions tonight. a good deal of snow in western ohio and fort wayne up to central michigan. there is colder air out there. it will work in our direction. it is the 10th straight day with temperatures above normal. the normal high is barely above 50 degrees to the end of november. the record was once again a little out of reach at 74 degrees. go back to the late 1800's and look at all of the years. the warmest november on record is 1931 when the average was 55 degrees. this year's 12th on the all-time list topping out at 50.8 degrees so far. we have to march to go so that will be adjusted a little bit.

currently we are the 11th warmest baltimore -- record in baltimore. big storms over the tennessee and ohio river valleys moving north. snow on the west side. a mild rain out ahead of that. it is moving out. what we see to the southwest of us will be following the storm and pushing into the mid- atlantic tomorrow. temperatures will get chile. the good news is skies will clear opera i think we will see lots of sunshine tomorrow with ties back to normal. 35 degrees, clearing skies and a breezy southwest winds developing during the overnight hours. the center of the storm is moving out toward eastern canada. it sticks around for several days.
