autism and emotional and intellectual disabilities. the incident happened in september. >> >> i will make sure you do not go to school anymore. put your hands on me and watch. >> somebody posted the video on youtube where it has at least 20,000 use and sparked a thousands of commons both in support and critical of the teacher. >> you need to look me in the eyes when you speak. that is what i mean. >> a school official told 11 news that the school found out about the altercation on youtube. the said -- the student was 17 years old at the time and it never reported the incident to the school.

the school to talk mission is to provide a structured learning environment to promote the mexican development of each student. they did not tell us the name of the teacher or the student. >> a 10th grade student knows he could be expelled. he was taken into police custody for having a gun at school. police got a tent at poly high school. they were able to track down the student and it found the gun on him. police are investigating a possible sexual assault on the grounds of a high school in anne arundel county. the female student was assaulted by male students inside one of the bathrooms sometime during the school day. they believe the victim knows her alleged attacker. >> it is still early.

we are not treating it as random. it was reported to us as a sexual assault. took place during the school day and around the high school. >> school administrators are taking the appropriate measures to handle the incident. the man considered a prime suspect in the disappearance of frederick woman and aruba is a free man. gary giodarno left after nearly four months of detention. prosecutors say they still consider the maryland businessman a suspect in the disappearance of robyn gardner. he claims she was swept out to sea while they were snorkeling. there is no word on exactly where he is heading. new tonight -- police are investigating a shooting in southwest baltimore. homicide detectives were called to the 500 block around 7:45 tonight. police found a man who had been

shot in the head. no word on his condition or on the suspect or a possible motive. loved ones gathered tonight to remember the victim of a deadly accident in southwest baltimore. jeffery was killed yesterday in a five car crash. family and friends attended the candlelight vigil tonight to recall fond memories of him. >> he was a good person. it is a sad thing for him to be gone. i just talked to him on saturday. his personality -- how far he was. he was an overall good kid. >> the accident remains under investigation. an accident between a car and a boss sent more than one dozen people to the hospital. the car rear ended the bus this morning.

we are told the 13 people were treated for non-life threatening injuries. public works officials are urging drivers to consider an alternate route for tomorrows commute after a water main break in perry hall. they were able to fix the break that shut down portions of road about road repairs continued. at least 50 homes and a nearby shopping center have been without water. complaints from residents led baltimore city police to a describing -- surprising discovery inside a baltimore city hall. neighbors claim to the small natural gas, but it led into a surprise discovery. >> police found plenty of plants, but all of them are illegal. at first they were not sure what was causing the strong odor in this east baltimore neighborhood. a small that tonya said impacted

she started chemotherapy and her oncologist advised her to cancel her trip. there was one problem, she spent more than $4,000 on non refundable plane tickets. >> we were so hopeful and so excited that we just thought, you know, this time we will not need insurance. >> she spent eight months trying to get the airways to refund her fair. the long time communications director expressed her frustration to france to over which expressed the story to facebook. >> it just made me really angry. one thing a cancer patient does not need is stress brought on by an anchor. especially when it is unnecessary. if they hadn't done the right thing at the beginning, i would not have h to experience this

it will be much cooler than what we have had lately. the first sign is rained mixing and changing over to snow and garrett county. most of the rain down across central and eastern maryland. for the most part the storm is beginning to pull away from the mid-atlantic. it will carry away the unseasonably warm weather. 10 straight days with temperatures above normal. we hit 67 degrees at bwi marshall. on the day when the normal high is closer to 50. running way above that. for the next few days, the normals will be a little closer to what we experience. this has been a warm november. right now it ranks as the 12th warmest on record going back to the late 1800's. the warmest ever was 1931 when the average was 54.7 degrees. we are just over the 50 degree mark for the average monthly

temperatures this month. it looks like we will end up in the top 15 warmest november on record. milder temperatures and the work and in the upper 40's and 50's. it is getting a little chilly in the west. if you keep going south and west you find cool air. 39 in atlanta and at louisville, ky. it is a rare november night when it is warmer and vermont and in georgia. this storm is wrapped up and cool air is coming in from the south and west. as the skies clear, expects temperatures to drop into the 30's. through the overnight and into tomorrow morning. it will track across the lakes into eastern canada pushing the mild air a way in bringing cold air in sitting to the south and west. high pressure will fill in behind it in an extended stretch
