new cut road. so far running without delay on dulaney. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. >> police in philadelphia pushed protesters from a park in city hall. they started standing around city hall. so far the movement has been peaceful. several protesters in los angeles found themselves in handcuffs as police began arresting people. it has been two days since a deadline for protesters to move out. a man is accused of multiple burglaries in howard county. police believe craig webster is responsible. he tried to use a credit card stolen from an academy. he may be responsible for robberies in other churches in the area.

>> out rage over a confrontation between a student and teacher at a baltimore county special education school. it has gone viral on youtube. kim dacey is live with that story. >> the video was taken in september outside the youth in transition school. it is a private school described as a special education school, focusing on students with emotional and intellectual disabilities. the video shows a confrontation between a student and teacher and has been posted on youtube. it has sparked thousands of comments. the dispute turned physical after the teacher goes inside and comes back. >> you can look me in the eyes when you speak. exactly.

>> school officials said we terminated the instructor and contacted baltimore city child protection services. the school only filed that incident when the video was posted on youtube. the student was 17 at the time and never reported the incident to the school. >> police are investigating a possible sexual assault on the grounds of a high school. a male student student-- police received an anonymous call about the incident. >> it is still early. we believe the suspect and the victim are known to each other. it was reported to us as a sexual assault that happen inside and around a high school. >> investigators say school administrators are taking
