we have the big problems all morning yesterday. we're running smoothly down to the beltway. 95 through howard county at 32, 50 miles per hour. no problems on the b-w parkway. this is traffic of baltimore national pike. outer loop traffic is a little busier than the inner loop. so far so good. east and westbound on 70 checking out just fine. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. >> prosecutors have wrapped up their case against and 84 bob ehrlich. paul schurick is accused of using the calls to suppress the african american vote. kim dacey is live with what happens next. >> yesterday, jurors heard from a key witness in the case.

the woman who recorded the call. rhonda russell is the voice on the robocall. she was given immunity to testify. she worked for julius henson who had been hired by the ehrlich campaign. she said henson wrote tthe text of the call. prosecutors showed jurors a note sh. russell denies the calls were an attempt of voter suppression. they work reverse psychology. >> the call was meant to stimulate voters that would not have been in support of o'malley or the democratic administration. this would stimulate to voter to

permit has been denied to remain in mckeldin square. parks and recreation director denied a request saying the department cannot approve requests lasting more than five days. demonstrators have assured the city that seems in philadelphia will not happen here in baltimore. >> you cannot sit there and argue all day and fight the law. keep a peaceful and it will not mess with you. >> the city denied their request to have four large tents. protesters in boston may find out if they will be able to continue to camp. the mayor is stepping in and

black community, 100,000 votes. she was given immunity to testify. the defense will begin their case today. bob ehrlich could be called as a character witness for sure. kim dacey, wbal-tv 11 news. >> three men are behind bars, accused of going on a crime spree that began in a carjacking in baltimore city. police caught the suspect after their stolen vehicle crash. they targeted at least a dozen people. the spree including the armed robbery of seven people. one victim did survive. >> the suspect in a slaying of a frederick restaurant manager or will spend more than three years in prison. there was an attempted robbery conviction.

police obtained a warrant charging him with first-degree murder. police say he shot and killed a burger king manager as she opened the restaurant. a former rock climbing coach pleads guilty to having sex with a minor. his attorney said the sex was consensual. he will have to register as a sex offender. >> the scandal is far from over for penn state. they will have to fight their first lawsuit. the lawsuit came down on the same day the university and held a town hall meeting to talk about the accusations. >> he was part of the penn state family. i feel shame.

>> the scandal brought students and school officials together at a town hall meeting last night. it happened hours after the first lawsuit was filed. sandusky is charged with sexually abusing eight boys. the lawsuit is from my ninth saw the person who said sandusky abused him more than 100 times in the 1990's. >> he began to coerce this child to satisfy his own perverse impulses, which he cannot control. attorney says his client is innocent. >> he sat there with his mother and brother and said he was not a victim.
