the suspect involved is now in custody of baltimore city police. a major update this noon -- in the 2010 election, the judge presiding over this case talked about one of the most serious charges. he ruled that the state has failed to provide enough evidence that showed he committed an obstruction of justice. the judges permitting other charges related to fraud to move forward. the woman who reported the call took the stand yesterday. she said she picked a list of voters to call, but did not include a list of republicans and independents. he explains that these were an attempt at reverse psychology. >> call was literally meant to simulate voters that would not have been in support of

experts worried about their ability to control the disease. many aids patients in africa can only survive with medication given to them free of charge by global, a medical groups. governments in europe and the u.s. are primed supporters of those groups -- prime supporters of those groups. the u.s. believes more than 34 million people are living with aids. 22 million of them are in africa. in this afternoon's consumer alert, recent investigations show maryland is the state with a second-highest level of food stamp fraud. -- the second-highest level of food stamp fraud. more than $6 out of every $100 are lost to fraudulent users. according to wbal radio, enrollment in the program has more than doubled in the last four years. fraud totals more than $2.5 billion worldwide. officials attribute the scope of
