holster. most of the bad blood stands -- stems from meister's claim that conway and his daughter do not live in their north baltimore home. it is believed the residency question lost her her council seat, causing her to drop a lawsuit against meister. speaking of charges, the state's attorney's office and a special prosecutor appointed to this case have been very quiet. it is unknown what their next move will be. live outside baltimore police headquarters tonight. >> police are investigating an accident tonight involving one of their officers. city police were following a car on the inner loop of the beltway. they say was involved in an early-morning hit and run. the car then ran into a police cruiser on an overpass. no one was hurt, but the accident shut down all lanes for

several hours. the suspect is in custody. police have arrested a former fugitive wanted by police while he was in the cab of a stolen tractor trailer. he was arrested just after 6:00 p.m. wednesday night. police tried to stop the driver, but he refused and eventually made his way to prince george's county. he eventually lost control of the truck and was arrested. his name has not yet been released. >> we now know the identity of the person found burned inside a vehicle thinks giving morning in baltimore county. 51-year-old carolyn davidsen von schnell was inside the car. officials have not determine exactly how she died, but investigators tell us the car drove over a hill before catching fire. the investigation is open. gary giordano has been trying to
