prosecutors told jurors there was a clear attempt by the campaign manager to bob ehrlich to keep black voters at home. they said it was to motivate crossover voters -- and they called the claim that it was to motivate crossover voters ridiculous. this is a sacred right, of the right to vote, and you do not mess with it. where is the beef in the state case? reasonable doubt plagues the case, the defense said, if the state brought a reasonable case at all. he said is all about attempt to make money. pettitte called schurick's decision to authorize a political misjudgment, but not a crime. he characterized it as the rough and tumble of politics, a tactic he said was practiced by both sides.

strictly an accident, but they are still conducting their own investigation to figure out exactly how it happened. day three of a search for a missing maintenance worker, charles puckett. he was working as part of a maintenance crew over on the site. so far, no signs of him. police say this group of people brutally attacked and robbed a woman walking in glen burnie overnight. it happened around 1:30 a.m. this morning around 81 record. one of the suspects called the woman's ex-boyfriend and found out where he was and that is when the group attacked. they were armed with knives and? the woman to the ground before running off with her purse. the victims were taken to baltimore washington medical center for treatment. >> major changes coming to baltimore city's water

police were serving a search warrant when a baltimore city officers gun accidentally went off, shooting the city officer in the arm. he was taken to shock trauma, where he is expected to make a full recovery. both officers were part of the task force on that operation. the firing officer and was placed on administrative leave pending investigation. it is being treated as an accident. >> investigators are looking into a stabbing at the occupying camp in downtown. this array nicholson was arrested after detectives say she kicked a female in the stomach and then stabbed her in the arm and thigh. investigators believe a dispute over a cat is what led to the violence. in the meantime, authorities are still searching for a middle river man who has been missing since friday. 35-year-old charles puckett disappeared
