the man has been ordered to register as a sex offender. a plea hearing for rock climbing coach. he is accused of engaging in sexual acts with an underage females in columbia. alleged victim said he was aware of her age. >> mayor stephanie rawlings- blake will be officially sworn in tour first full term in office. kim dacey is live where the mayor will speak later today. >> the inauguration will take place here in front of city hall. it is all set up and ready to go. nearly two years ago, the mayor took over the top job in the city after mayor sheila dixon resigned. this inauguration will start rawlings-blake's first full term

northbound route 3 is blocked on the prince george's-anne arundel county line. this is an accident that occurred 10:00 p.m. last night. they conceived the cleanup process. a big cleanup process underway. in annapolis, there is an accident being cleared near route 50. 97 in good shape north and southbound. the j.f.x. and the harrisburg expressway so far so good. this is 50 in annapolis. watch for that accident on 665 near route 50. this is 95 south of the beltway. starting to build and you can see the roads are wet. planned accordingly. we will keep you posted on any new problems. -- planned accordingly. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11.

picked a woman in the stomach and then stabbed her in the arm and thigh. investigators believe a dispute over a cat prompted the violence. police say charles duckett was last seen at the triadelphia reservoir. seven searching the reservoir but so far no sign of him. >> a fire in northwest baltimore was ruled accidental. an unattended tea pot caused the fire. firefighters were on the scene friday night and they say there were heavy flames on the fourth floor. approximate 50 units have to be evacuated. residents have since been led in. >> there is a smell. i have that on my windows.
