legislator earlier this year, switching her position on the same-sex marriage bill, to reading to its failure. she is also charged with allegedly using campaign funds to pay for a wedding dress. she will likely join state senator ulysses currie on ethics charges. he was acquitted of federal charges, but has been referred to the legislators ethics committee. a biweekly review has been ordered on alston's legislative account, and a takeover offer employee time sheet. -- a takeover of her employee time sheets. >> police shoot a man after a

high-speed pursuit. the authorities loaded the suspect in three medivac chopper around noon. he was driving a car that matched the description of when used in an armed robbery last night. when officers tried to pull him over, the 19-year-old driver refused to stop. >> as he is traveling on northbound 97, he is holding the weapon outside the window. he is waving the gone outside the window as law enforcement officers are pursuing him -- waiting begun outside the window as law enforcement officers are pursuing him. one officer suffered minor injuries when his vehicle was struck by the suspect. no charges have been filed so far. >> a teenager is dead after an accident in parkville. it happened just about an hour ago. the 15-year-old boy was struck by one vehicle, which knocked

him and then into the path of another vehicle. she died at the scene. no word on whether charges will be filed. >> and in critical condition after being shot in what police are calling a robbery. that happened at a barbershop in east baltimore. >> the victim was the owner of the barbershop, and we believe, the motive to the robbery. we're looking into the backgrounds of the individuals at the barbershop, the business owner in self, the patrons that were there. >> baltimore police talking about a robbery turned shooting at the barbershop on the 2200 block of harford road in east baltimore. at least one shooter and to the shop around 7:00 p.m. last bite, demanded money, and there was some sort of struggle. the owner was shot in the head.

showers from northern harford and baltimore counties into carroll county tonight. that will push south and east. snow flurries starting to develop in the mountains, and a chillier pattern gradually developing. loh 40's tomorrow morning. and then only make it into the upper 40's tomorrow afternoon. this front will be settling into the mid-atlantic. the cold air is coming in from the northwest. the storm is tracking along the front. if the two clyde, there could be weather in the region. -- if the two collide, there could be whether in the region. -- there could be some weather in the region. we will keep an eye on it and see if the pattern shifts at all leaders in night into tomorrow. partly cloudy skies on saturday,
