a rude awakening in southwest baltimore this morning. >> a neighbor came by to tell me that the tires had been slashed. three of the four on the street side had been punctured. >> police are searching for the man behind the string of vandalism. investigators say they cannot confirm how many victims there are in the incident. there have been similar cases in recent weeks. and neighbors are on edge. >> a tire slashing about a week ago and then spray painting. it is beginning to feel like it is a neighborhood under siege. >> police have not confirmed if they have made any arrests. a man is recovering from burns to his hand and head after a crash. officials responded after 3:00 this morning.
