first homicide victim of the new year. police responded to edgewood road tuesday night, where they found bruce royster in the driver's seat of a part suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. he was taken to sinai hospital, where he was pronounced dead. no word of a suspect in the case. the baltimore city housing authority could lose a lot property in order to pay it unpaid judgments to people who claim they separate lead poisoning his children. -- they suffered lead poisoning as children dread mayor stephanie rawlings-blake insists that the city cannot afford to pay the judgments without affecting services to the city's current public housing residents. lawyers said that like anyone else in debt, if the city refuses to pay bills, its property can be taken. >> once we get the list, we are going to deal with an auction and auction the vehicles off. it is going to be a public
