the judge today that she was not going to prosecute the charges of perverted practice and assault. there are several other charges -- for other charges being considered by the jury. those are second-degree rape and second degree sex offense. >> but the prosecution and defense klan surveillance video from the roller rink was crucial evidence. a 12-year-old girl was targeted and isolated in a dark room and 26-year-old davon perry one of three people who assaulted a young and naive and female. her will was overcome. she did not know what to do. she did not know how to get out of the situation. port saider saw her as an object and prey that is how they treated her.

she identified her attackers has tracy atkins, davon perry who was 24. the eefense attorney said it was a serious matter but not to base their decision on sympathy. speaking about him, he said another victory -- in other victim was created. he said she misidentified his client as one of her attackers. i am not saying she is lying, he said. i am saying she is confused. brown also focused on the lack of dna evidence saying there was no evidence showing my client did anything. he did not take the witness stand in his own defense, jurors have been deliberating for more than six hours.

>> thank you. tonight this man is behind bars charged with breaking into the homes of three women and sexually assaulting them. investigators say dna evidence linked clifford nelson 3 attacks back in november and december. he had a public enemy number 14 years when it comes to sex offenders. he now faces more than 30 charges ranging from burglary to rape and assault. police are looking for this man in connection of a transgendered grow in north baltimore. investigators say the victim told officers the suspect sexually assaulted her. it happened just before 3:30 on the morning of november 13. if you can identify this man or have any information, you are asked to call the baltimore city police. >> two people are recovering after a collapse of the building. the two people suffered minor

injuries at a nearby -- they were taken to a nearby hospital. on this hour there is no word of what caused the shelving to collapse. when a person is being treated in shock, after a two vehicle crashed that brought traffic on i 93 to a standstill. a chevy van was hit with another driver -- his car try to change flights and that caused the chevy to look twice. two people were ejected from the vehicle this by wearing their seat belts. the accident happened 5:30 this morning and it shut down all southbound lanes for nearly three hours. >> stop and go and a lot of congestion. more akin to where the accident would be, i did not see anything. i hope the girl is ok. that is my biggest concern. >> state police say there is no evidence alcohol or drugs contributed to the crash. >> there is still much more ahead tonight on a 11 is at
