he was rushed to the hospital suffering from bruises but no broken bones. a motorcyclist is dead after an accident in carroll county. he was traveling southbound on route 30 around 4:00 sunday afternoon when he crossed into the northbound lane and it occurred. investigators say the victim was thrown off the bike and died at the scene. the accident remains under investigation. good news this morning for hundreds of laid-off workers of the steel mill. many of them will return to work earlier than expected. they laid off 720 workers around christmas time. union officials now say 550 workers will be back on the job in the next few days. >> traffic pulse 11 and insta- weather plus together. >> good morning. and i start up there. lighter volume because it is
