james summit office building in annapolis. we are told water flooded parts of the third and fourth floor after a water line broken this afternoon. emergency crews are still on the scene trying to fix the line, which they believe simply wore out. the building remains closed tonight after authorities deemed unsafe. >> they evacuated the building because they had to shut off the fire suppression building because of a pipe leak. my shoes have water in them. >> no injuries were reported. we are in tell the entire water line -- we are told the entire water line will be replaced. scores of protesters rallied outside the statehouse in annapolis tonight against capital punishment. the demonstration is designed to get maryland lawmakers to repeal the death penalty this session. she is the sister of troy davis

suspect after a hit-and-run accident in east baltimore involving a pedestrian. happened just before 1:00 yesterday afternoon in 1100 block of orleans street. investigators said robber had a person and then left. we are told the victim is in serious condition at an area hospital. everyone with that -- any luck integration is asked to contact baltimore city police. >> a man said he was tortured us his family was held captive during a home invasion robbery in anne arundel county. more on their terrifying ordeal. >> tonight the victim is recovering at johns hopkins burn center and the family is still in shock and in fear for their lives. they decided to tell us their story in hopes of getting the suspects behind bars. they want to prevent another incident like this from happening to another family. >> some degree of burns i have
