ramp as he tried to exit from the outer loop. watch for delays. we have some fire activity at fairfax road near west chester road in the city. 56 on southbound 895 down toward the harbor tunnel. at the bay bridge, we have it right lane closures because of some debris westbound but not creating a delay. volume is on the light side. we have a delay on southbound 95 from cecil county. construction in place. the left lane is getting by. on the west side, delays are forming because of an accident at security boulevard. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. >> police have arrested a man they say stabbed his nephew.

he's being held without bond after allegedly stabbing his nephew in the stomach. the nephew is listed in serious but stable condition. there was a crash in crofton. alcohol may have been a factor. angela biggins was traveling north when she struck a car. she was killed in the collision. a mainstay of the inner harbor is about to disappear the city has ordered the carrousel near the maryland science center to be closed. the proprietor has not paid rent in five years. he has until the end of march to move the attraction.

was too cold to come out. nadia ramdass reporting. >> thank you. a man is accused of shooting and a car on wednesday on 95. nicholas heider is charged with first-degree assault after allegedly firing three shots. police say the altercation began at the white marsh exit. he was arrested at his home. nobody was hurt. a fire claimed the life of a man. the fire began in the second- floor bedroom of this home on lombard accord. the homeowner was found dead. he died of heart failure. >> police have tracked down the

man they said fled the scene after striking a trooper. he's being held on bond after it surrendered himself to troopers. the troopipped er's car. the trooper has yet to return to work. the road to indianapolis will take a detour through massachusetts as the ravens take on the patriots. jennifer franciotti it is along for the ride and filed this report. ofi'm here in foxboro, home gillette stadium. the ravens will take not the patriots. i have never been to foxborough before. we were surprised it was in the

tomorrow, that start with the part of to the northeast and high pressure will take control. we do expect a dry day on friday. the weather will turn active this weekend. it looks like there will be a big snowstorm -- moderate snow storm on saturday and into saturday night in new england. they could pick up anywhere from five to 6 inches of snow. it should be dry bank on sunday for the game with temperatures in the 30's -- it should be dry on sunday. a mix of rain and snow for us on saturday. it will probably start as snow and changeover to rein. -- rain. we will give back to 50 by next week. 6:15. >> good morning.
