lowell melzer has been tracking these developments and is live at police headquarters in pikesville. >> police are calling this a very serious situation. they admit it could have had a far worse outcome. they are telling us a driver on interstate 95 became so enraged at another driver that he took a couple of shots at him. >> anyone could have been hit. it could have caused death and injury on the interstate. just completely illegal and inappropriate, and very dangerous. >> a strict reminder to drivers concerning road rage after a joppa man is arrested for allegedly firing three shots and another driver. he got into an altercation with another driver near exit 67 on i-95 north. after jockeying back and forth with each other, police say he fired at these three shots. >> this apparently started when
