right off the coast of italy, movement of the cruise ship has caused problems. searchers are using explosives to try to find those unaccounted for, including a 5-year-old girl. a new audio recording has emerged, telling authorities the problem was a blackout and no help was needed. work to repair the washington monument is under way. today david rubenstein donated money to help fix the damage after the earthquake in august. rubenstein says he wanted to help slow the famous landmark
