some low clouds and fog to start the day. high pressure is going to move in and push this stuff off. it will take a couple of hours. no concern about and the precipitation. a couple of sprinkles around salisbury. it will take that precipitation along with it. it will be difficult to scour up this cloud deck but i think this will happen by the middle of the morning. visibility is down around half a mile in some neighborhoods. some patches of thick fog. that's to be going into the middle of the morning. 44 at the airport. 34 in taneytown. the temperatures will stay above that freezing point. it will be a mild afternoon.

two doctors face murder charges under a maryland law that allows charges to be brought in the death of it a viable fetus. a man died after being shot twice with an electric stun gun in 2007. that gun belonged to rudy torres. prosecutors claim he used excessive force against jarrel gray. he was lying face down and unresponsive. another trial is expected to begin today. four teams are charged in a murder. one teenager is accused in the robbery and murder of a 7- eleven employee three months

earlier. >> 32-year-old dominic hope was shot in the head just before 7:00 p.m. last friday evening. two masked men walked in and opened fire. the gunmen are still on the run. police believe that hope was targeted. family and friends gathered to remember a baltimore educator who died it was thought to be death by fire. this was a memorial service for mary hines. she was known as miss mary. >> she was a person that gave and gave and gave. it is a loss. >> she lost her life on january 5 in what investigators first
