no delays from parkton on down. some slow going on the outer loop. delays falling into place on liberty down towards 70. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. >> traffic is back to normal after an accident stop the southbound traffic for more than an hour last night. three tractor-trailer's and two a passenger vehicles collided in tube one of the tunnel just after midnight. the tunnel was closed for about an hour. the drivers of the cars were taken to the hospital. an investigation into the cause of the crash continues. a new jersey dr. is charged with murder.

the doctor is accused of bringing a teenager to elkton to terminate a pregnancy. two doctors are both indicted under maryland law. closing arguments are set in the federal civil trial of a former deputy who fatally shot a man with a stun gun. the parents of jarrel gray are seeking money for what they claim was excessive force against their son. they say gray was resisting arrest when jarrel gray shocked him. the officers said he was acting properly because they did that no if gray was armed. >> a bill that would legalize same-sex marriage is at the top

of the agenda for governor martin o'malley. kim dacey has more. >> the bills included in the agenda were filed last night. the exact language of those bills won't be available for a few days. his agenda includes the bay restoration fund. owners of waste-water treatment plants would get grant money generated through a fee increase for users to make system improvements. the agenda includes his civil marriage protection act that would legalize same-sex marriage. the 2012 version provides more religious exemptions than last year's measure that narrowly passed in the senate but died in the house. governor o'malley has vowed to put the force of his office behind the bills' passage this year. >> these are men and women who all have been elected independently who come to the maryland general assembly, trying to do the right thing in every vote, voting with principal and also voting as the honest representatives of the opinions of the people that they are elected to serve.
