the debate over legalizing same- sex marriage heating up in annapolis. kim dacey has details. >> a statewide coalition of leaders will stage a demonstration against the governor's bill to legalize same-sex marriage. the governor said passing the bill is on the top agenda for the legislative agenda legislative assembly. a similar bill was passed in the assembly last year. this year the bill contains more rights to contain religious institutions. the governor addressed a national conference that was in baltimore this weekend. compassion and justice are needed in the debate over same- sex marriage. >> it is the dignity of a free and diverse people who at the end of the day all want the same day for their children.

tonight, partly cloudy skies and we will sit warm front coming through as temperatures drop back into the 20's and 30's. the warm front will be up in pennsylvania and new york state. high pressure will be off the coast. a big push of warm air coming into the mid atlantic region. tomorrow, upper 50's to around 60 degrees. the system in the midwest will give us a chance for some rain on wednesday and thursday. 43 today. 59 or 60 tomorrow. 57 on wednesday. rain showers on thursday with highs in the upper 40's. it will turn chilly going into the weekend with temperatures around 40 and maybe some light rain or snow on sunday. good stuff the next couple of days.
