>> we're getting a first look at the scene of a crash in carroll county after a train collided with a tractor-trailer. it happened in westminster. it crossed over the train tracks into the path of an oncoming locomotive. remarkably, no one was injured during the collision. the road was closed for several hours for investigation and cleanup. anyone with investigate -- information is asked to contact the carroll county sheriff's department. >> investigators are still trying to determine the identity of a body found floating in the patapsco river this morning. baltimore city firefighters responded to recall -- a call just after 9:00 this morning. a state police medical examiner is performing an autopsy to pinpoint the cause of death. city police are handling the investigation. mayor stephanie rawlings-blake announced her choice to replace ed gallagher as the new finance

richmond for three years. it was with great controversy. according to published reports, the majority of the richmond city council did not approve of black, who was wilder's the city council sued and won but not before he put in three years. >> they transformed from a council form of government to a strong mayor. there was tremendous tension between the city council and mayor. unfortunately, a lot of staff like myself got caught in the middle of that. >> he says he pledged loyalty to his boss. further digging found it was not the only lawsuit he was involved in trade according to published reports, the city council and richmond school board also sued black adn wilder after they tried to evict the board and

police tell us someone shot a 19-year-old man in the head after 11:00. he died shortly after being taken to shock trauma. his name has not been released. no arrests have been made. police have not released details about a possible motive. it was breaking news of the top of the hour. one person is dead. a tractor-trailer accident involving to the cars with a tractor-trailer -- two cars with a tractor trailer house lanes shut down. >> eviction orders were enforced on occupied demonstrations in two cities, including washington, d.c. the cleanup continues from the protest in oakland that turned violent over the weekend. >> by high noon on monday, eviction notices have been posted on occupied demonstrations near the white house. the no camping rule is now in effect.

county, pa. douglas helms from westminster, maryland, was on board. he crashed less than two hours after taking off. the crash is in an area where private usually make the last turn to line up with the runway at the airport. the national transportation safety board is trying to determine what caused him to lose control. this is the second fatal crash near the airport in little more than a month. >> the florida highway patrol says 10 people have died and at least 18 others were injured after a massive pileup on a florida interstate. the series of early morning crash as happened on interstate 75 near gainesville. at least five cars and six tractor-trailer's were involved in the crash that closed all six lanes of interstate for hours. investigators are trying to determine if the mixture of fog and smoke may have played a role in the crash. a father and his twin daughters
