closing arguments are expected today. lee stephens is accused of stabbing an officer in jessup. the state is seeking the death penalty in this case. >> police have identified a suspect who led police on a chase. 26-year-old monpeet chona was shot by officers during a confrontation on annapolis road. this began about 2:00 a.m. one police say he fled a traffic stop and crashed the car and stole a police cruiser when an officer stopped to investigate. he indicated he had a gun. he and three other suspects led police on another chase that ended in south baltimore. officers shot and killed him. >> police are on the lookout for

four people involved in an attempted theft and a low we stoe's store. this happened on a monday night. they're still pickup truck collided with another car. one person was ejected into a ditch and he later died. >> police arrived and there were no suspects there. we're not sure if the suspects are all male. we believe several of them are but there may be a female as well. >> police are now reviewing surveillance tape. >> jack johnson will get more time before he has to report to prison. he was supposed to begin his prison sentence on friday. plans on where he will serve
