we will come back and check the seven day forecast going into the weekend. first we say good morning to sarah. >> good morning. we have an accident on dundalk avenue and eastern avenue. some of fire activity in essex on eastern avenue. you may find some closures and delays. getting better through the construction zone on the inner loop at the curtis creek drawbridge. outer loop is where you have the two-way traffic pattern so you're able to get by with a delay on the inner loop. moving well down from 795. the rest of the roadways are shaping up pretty well despite the drizzle. 11 minutes to travel on 95 south down towards 32. this is the harrisburg expressway at padonia road and

checking out just fine all the way down to the beltway. this is greenspring. no problems to report on the j.f.x. into town. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. >> a federal grand jury has indicted a man on charges of stalking his ex-wife for the past five years. prosecutors say david richards began threatening to kill his ex-wife 15 years after they divorced. he could be sentenced to five years in prison. a man will spend the next 30 years in prison. davon brown pleaded guilty to a murder back in 2010. then and his cousin loured man by ordering food. he pleaded guilty and was

sentenced to 30 years with all but 18 years suspended. the results are in from the florida primary and it was a big night for mitt romney. >> he leads with 46% of the vote. nude gingrich comes in second. kate amara has more with what happens now. good morning. >> good morning. all four candidates are moving on to the seven contests in the month of february. mitt romney has a political momentum on his side. >> mitt, mitt, mitt, mitt! mitt, mitt, mitt, mitt! >> thank you so much. >> a huge win for mitt romney in florida. a double-digit routing of top rival newt gingrich. romney took nearly half the vote in the republican primary. >> and when we gather back here in tampa seven months from now for our convention, ours -- [cheers] ours will be a united party with a winning ticket for america.

back to you. >> thank you. have a good day. governor martin o'malley will lay out his agenda in his state of the state address. jennifer franciotti is live with a preview. >> thank you. aides say the governor was still writing that address as of last night. in his speech, he is expected to talk about higher taxes, specifically the gas tax, which would phase in the state sales tax over the next three years. it is a tax the governor is expected to say is necessary to pay for road and bridge projects. other topics -- job creation. he will talk about that gas tax proposal. same-sex marriage, which is part of his legislative agenda. offshore wind energy off the coast of ocean city. and a ban on new septic systems that the governor believes would reduce pollution in the bay. the speech is expected to start today at noon and it should last for about 40 minutes. you can see live right here on wbal-tv.

suspect who led police on a pursuit. 26-year-old monpeet chona was shot during a confrontation on annapolis road. this began about 2:00 a.m. when he went through a traffic stop and crashed a car and stole a police cruiser when officers stopped to investigate. he and three other suspects led police on another chase that ended in a south baltimore shopping center were officers shot and killed him. >> it is believed that the suspect is the same individual police.as shot by police officers did recover a hammer from the vehicle. >> monpeet chona later died at shock trauma. >> 55 degrees on tv hill.

building. each floor of the building was used in a different phase of the distribution and growing. atc agent is accused of stealing several ipads from a passenger luggage. he was arrested this week after several still ipads were discovered at his home. he allegedly took them when it going through luggage in a closed room. he has been placed on administrative leave. >> the struggling economy has forced many young adults to move back in with mom and dad. that does not mean you can claim them on your taxes. a qualifying dependent must be 19 or under by the end of the year.
