when somebody was driving too closely behind him. the trooper moved over. he was going to pull him over for a traffic violation when the guy took off. the trooper pursued this person. they change directions on route 152. that is when the cruiser was rammed. the trooper went into a split rail fence. the fence when through the windshield. the trooper was taken to shock trauma for treatment. the suspect took off. the suspect was spotted. another pursuit ensued. the suspect crashed his the vehicle on cinder rosinger road.

sandusky -- the alleged victims names will be delivered to the attorney of the former penn state assistant coach. he faces more than 50 counts of child sex abuse. in washington, two committees will hold a hearing on accountability at arlington national cemetery. at least 400,000 individuals are there.red there were reports of misplaced remains. >> madonna is getting ready to perform the halftime at the super bowl on sunday. she says she has had more than 25 years of experience in performing in front of big audiences but she has never been more nervous about a show.

directions. the suspect ran at the patrol cruiser and at some point the trooper went into it split rail fence. part of the fence went into the windshield, narrowly missing his head. we do know suspect continued to take off. a sheriff's deputy was monitoring the commotion on the radio and was able to spot the suspect and pursued them where the suspect crashed. the suspect was not injured in that accident. he is facing a variety of charges including first-degree assault. the trooper was treated and released from shock trauma. he does have some cuts and bruises but he is expected to be ok. jennifer franciotti, wbal-tv 11 news. >> thank you. four men are behind bars this

morning. tyrone brown, frank williams, jermell brandon, and william ward all face first-degree murder charges in the death of rodney pridget. they plotted to kill them after they saw them at the mall. police believe brown was the trigger man. >> they have to evaluate the footage and put it together like the pieces of a puzzle and do the regular detective work that it takes to corroborate evidence like this. >> it is not clear what the suspects targeted rodney pridget. police are on the lookout accused of a kidnapping at towson. this happened last week near washington avenue. a man was walking to score when it was approached by two men. >> they forced him into his car

a man named ricky thomas. a pair police officers enter the frame. appears to point thomas in the face. an officer has been identified as donyell briggs. the officer at first try to pull thomas over for a bad break light. this is now a criminal investigation. >> jury deliberations will continue in the lee stephens case after the weekend. he's accused of killing a corrections officer. prosecutors say the officer was cornered and was stabbed to death. >> the way police communicate has changed. certain codes are familiar but
