expressed remorse to the victim's family. >> she realized that there may be a spiritual penalty that lay before as well. she felt bad about her involvement in this. >> after his death, police found shontay hickman had stolen checks from ro and deposited them in her account. a fingerprint led to her cousin. he is in prison on an unrelated homicide. jury deliberations continue in the murder trial of lee stephens. he is accused of killing david mcguinn. prosecutors said david mcguinn was cornered and stabbed back in 2006. among the key evidence, lee stephens's uniform that contains officer david mcguinn's blood.
