today in the trial of george huguely. >> the sensational nature of the trial has made it difficult to find jurors. >> lowell melser has more. >> jury selection took longer than expected. court hours were extended until 8:00 p.m. the hope is to have a 27 potential jurors in place. both sides will get to strike six each. the hope is that this will be done sometime by lunchtime. if it is slow going, everything is subject to change. opening arguments could instead begin on wednesday morning. we will have updates for you at

been convicted on similar charges. >> one person is dead after a shooting in east baltimore. this happened on east preston and ensor streets. an investigation into the shooting of a man on north stricker street. a man was found lying in the streets suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. >> a new crime reporting system in baltimore city. it should save the city some money. kim dacey is here to explain how it will work. >> the bill was introduced to city counsel last night. the program is already in the works. the city is preparing to start an online crime-reporting website. the idea is to make it easier to get a police report, especially if you need to file an insurance claim for property damage, or report minor crimes. councilman brandon scott
