is no word on the whereabouts of the mother. they're doing an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death. >> a man is expected to be arraigned later today. this man is charged with three rapes in baltimore city. he was walking through the tax through an arrest record. a stabbing investigation at a downtown mcdonald's. one person was discovered with several stab wounds. kevin cartwright said the victim is believed to be a mcdonald's employees. no word as to a suspt or a possible motive. this man is under arrest with the connection of a bank robbery.

julius montgomery was arrested in connection with the incident after he crashed his car. >> opening statements are expected in the murder trial of george huguely. he is accused of killing yeardley love. lowell melser is covering that trial this week. >> after two days, we finally hit the magic number of 28 jurors. they will be returning this morning about 9:15 where they will be whittled down to a jury of 12 with three alternates. opening statements will begin and the trout will kickoff. -- and the trial will kickoff. yeardley love's mother and sister are scheduled to testify.
