a victory for ron paul will make in the fourth republican candidate to win a contest so far. it was also named four straight losses for mitt romney and would raise questions about mitt romney as the front-runner. >> there is a lawsuit against the obama administration about this decision for religious organizations to pay for their workers' health coverage. it would require a broadcaster to violate church principles or pay fines of $700,000 a year. lawsuits have been enacted to block the initiative. >> contraceptives at vending machines. jennifer franciotti is live this morning with the details on this.

good morning. >> so for a discussion is all that there is so far appeared they one not be a finding these vending machines in dorm rooms. there are talking about installing them at the health center. this comes on the heels of a school where that bill is available to students to went on campus vending machine. health officials here say plan b can be used to prevent unwanted pregnancies and is available over-the-counter without a prescription for women over the age of 17. students in need of this emerged contraceptives would have to make an appointment to discuss the use of the pill. it would be easier with vending machines for students to get the pill and it would protect their privacy. >> in 2011, we dispensed about 155 doses from the health center.

that storm will move in tonight and we will see a mix of rain and snow as temperatures stay above freezing. we will have low pressure coming up the coast. an arctic cold front will be moving in from the west. we will see a big snowstorm up in new england. i think we will see some snow in baltimore on saturday. will see perhaps a steady light snow as this moves by. snow showers will pile on top of that and the temperatures will be falling during the day. that will add up to a couple of inches of snow in most neighborhoods. it is not a big storm. here's what we expect. this will be a general one- to two-inch snow fall. perhaps in annapolis you guys
