of mayor stephanie rawlings blake. >> at least one city has a policy that governs the use of their stadiums skybox. why no such policy here? jayne miller is live in the newsroom with more. >> the mayor suggests she is only doing what other cities do. philadelphia put in place strict rules. and she defended her years of the city skybox, mayor stephanie rawlings blake acknowledged there are few rules of knowledge in the tickets. most tickets the passed ball season went to the mayor's family, political friends, supporters, and staff. even her campaign officials and public fundraiser were included. >> i'm sure you would like to think there is a deep philosophy, but there is no guiding principle.

>> in philadelphia, they use specific roles. a spokesperson said too many of the tickets under a previous marriage going to political friends and and fighters. the policy spells out who goes where. >> two to city council coming two to employees, the rest and nonprofit organizations. no tickets can go to city contractors and their ticket can be used for political fund- raising. it also requires public disclosure of revenue uses the skyboxes on a public basis. >> at the baltimore could really benefit. >> this group is pushing rawlings blake to ensure that it is used for the public's benefit and not the mayor. >> the reason it exists is because of taxpayer money funding it. it really should be used away

more. >> huguely city and 200 pollitt drinks the day love was killed and also was shocked by the news of her death. huguely was dry eyed when he came into court this morning. he ended up in tears as they played the statement he made to police shortly after yeardly love was found dead. he told police the average is going to talk. he never struck her or hit her in the face. huguely responded, "i never struck her." when they told him love was dead, it appeared to catch him off guard. he asked she was dead three times. how? how is she dead. they said he was there because she was dead. he did not believe that there was any way she was dead.

during the interrogation of huguely, city got the bruises and cuts playing the cross. the former university of virginia lacrosse player is accused in the death of a yeardly love, founded in her apartment two years ago. the positions -- a physician testified she had no pre- existing heart conditions. huguely admitted the two of them had a volatile relationship but that she did not -- he did not punch or strangle her. >> today, they saw more than 100 pieces of evidence including her laptop computer. reporting live, and sheldon dutes, wbal-tv 11 news. >> the interrogation tape played
