whether a man accused of killing a fellow patient is competent to stand trial. degreeis charged in first t murder. he was seen in a video and turn his room twice within half an hour. six months of home detention for a woman giving someone an abortion pill. prosecutors said she gave a packet of pills to a pregnant teenager who was 20 weeks pregnant. the medication was ordered to be used under a doctor's supervision. a deadly shooting in north baltimore. an adult man was shot through the window of a dollar store. that man later died. no word as to a suspect or a possible motive. a baltimore man feels his rights

behind bars and accused of raping a teenage girl. the victim reported that he was being raped while he visited her home back in december. this is the third time he has been accused of sexually abusing a minor. he was reportedly rearrested after another 13 year-old girl accused him of sexual assaults. those charges were eventually dropped. another 13-year-old claim she was molested by a man. charles shelly inappropriate touched her in a car back in december. the victim and her family were familiar with him. officials say he has never served as an employee or volunteer of the school district but it does have children in the
