behind bars and accused of raping a teenage girl. the victim reported that he was being raped while he visited her home back in december. this is the third time he has been accused of sexually abusing a minor. he was reportedly rearrested after another 13 year-old girl accused him of sexual assaults. those charges were eventually dropped. another 13-year-old claim she was molested by a man. charles shelly inappropriate touched her in a car back in december. the victim and her family were familiar with him. officials say he has never served as an employee or volunteer of the school district but it does have children in the

school system. police believe there may be other victims out there. testimony continues in the murder trial of george huguely. he is accused of killing yeardley love. lowell melser isn't charlottesville -- is in charlottesville. >> you kind of get a feeling that the commonwealth is closer than farther than resting its case either later today or possibly earlier tomorrow. the medical examiner was left on the stand yesterday. today he will continue to be questioned by the defense. he will step downn. a neurologist will testify and then the medical examiner will be recalled to discuss yeardley love's cause of death. there is some dna evidence we
